Three-port power and sharing explained
USB-C input/output supports 5V/3A, 9V/2.22A and 12V/1.67A, or 20W maximum. Each USB-A output supports 5V/3A, 9V/2A, 10V/2.25A and 12V/1.5A, or 22.5W maximum when that port is used by itself.
With more than one output active, UGREEN specifies 5V/3A, 15W total shared. That applies whether two devices or all three devices are connected. It is not 15W per port, and the single-port 9V/10V/12V fast-charging modes do not remain available as separate maxima.
The USB-C “two-way” description means the same connector is both the input and an output. UGREEN also documents pass-through operation, allowing output while the bank is connected to power, but available power can be reduced and extra heat can develop. It is a convenience mode, not an uninterrupted-power claim.
